Naoki Ishibashi

Naoki Ishibashi brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of government, policy, and stakeholder engagement.

He spent more than 13 years as a national public servant in the House of Councillors Secretariat supporting Diet operations, and a further 10+ years as a certified Policy Secretary (政策担当秘書) to Diet members. He then moved into corporate public affairs at a global technology company, where he designed and ran policy-engagement programs.
